Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Nagen account and all associated data at any time. This action cannot be undone.

boltFastest: Delete from inside the app

  1. Open the Nagen app and sign in
  2. Go to the Profile tab
  3. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen
  4. Confirm — your account and data are removed immediately

mailAlternative: Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, fill in the form below. We'll verify the request using the email address you used to sign up and process the deletion within 7 days.

This opens your email client with a pre-filled message to operation@nagen.app.

What gets deleted

  • Your account profile and authentication record
  • Your personal story history and saved discoveries
  • Usage data tied to your account
  • Push notification tokens registered to your device

What may be retained

Anonymous, aggregated analytics that can't be linked back to you, and any records we are legally required to keep (e.g. fraud prevention, tax, or compliance obligations). Retention periods and legal bases are described in our Privacy Policy.
